Verse:

D# Cm
Hey, girl, come on walk a while with me now
D# Cm
I'm countin' on you to make it
D# Cm
Let's slip out and find the way somehow
D# Cm
I know you can fake it

Chorus:

G# Fm
I know you're still far away
Cm D#
Well, I know you can fake it
G# Fm
And I know it's outta hand, okay
Cm D#
But I know you can take it

Bridge:

G# Fm A7
And I know it won't be long
G# Fm A7
And I know it won't be long
When you'll come out and I'll be gone

Yeah this is incorrect. He uses a capo on the 3rd (or 4th I can't remember) and it is mostly Cadd9 and some F derivative. Just hammer on that middle note with your first finger.

Cadd9 F??

0 2 0 2 3 3 3 3
3 3 3 3 0 0 0 0

the rest is combos of F, Am and G with the use of Em in the breakdown part.
