Here comes Johnny, singing oldies, goldies,

Be-Bop-A-Lula, Baby, what I say.

Here comes Johnny, singing, I gotta woman,

down in the tunnels, trying to make it pay.
A E
He got the action, he got the motion, oh yeah ! The boy

can play.
A E
Dedication, devotion, turning all the night time into

the day.

CHORUS:
            E B
He`d do the song about the sweet lovin' woman,
E A
he`d do the song about the knife,
            E B A
he`d do the walk, do the walk of life.
B E
Yeah, he`d do the walk of life.

INTERLUDE: E A B A E

Here comes Johnny, now he'll tell you the story,

hand me down my walkin' shoes.

here comes Johnny with the power and the glory,

back-beats, the talkin' blues.
A E
He got the action, he got the motion, oh yeah, the

boy can play.
A E
Dedication, devotion, turning all the night time into

the day.

CHORUS:

He`d do the song about the sweet lovin' woman,
E A
he`d do the song about the knife,
            E B A
he`d do the walk, do the walk of life.

The song is in E so put your Capo on 2nd fret and then it works perfectly.

Intro and Interludes are: D G A G A D ...
