This song is pretty easy, your just really have to listen for timing.
The guy playing has a 5 string. If you dont have a 5 string, that sucks.
Because you have to tune down to a low A.

All 3 Intro/verse repeat 2x
G:-----------------------------------------
D:-----------------------------------------
A:--0-2-2-3-0-2-2-3-3/--5/--5/--7----------
A:-----------------------------------------

Chorus/bridge
G:-----------------------------------------
D:-----------------------------------------
A:--24--24--2-4--24--24-2------------------
A:-----------------------------------------

G:-----------------------------------------
D:-----------------------------------------
A:--4--24--24--24--24--5-------------------
A:-----------------------------------------

G:-----------------------------------------
D:-----------------------------------------
A:-2-4--2-4--2-4--2-4--4--5----------------
A:-----------------------------------------

the low A string isn't even used...so why must you tune down?

You can use the E string for the intro part

So it would be
G:-----------------------------------------
D:-----------------------------------------
A:-----------------------------------------
E:--0-2-2-3-0-2-2-3-3/--5/--5/--7----------

And if you have a 5 string bass it is easier, because the chorus part

G:-----------------------------------------
D:-----------------------------------------
A:--24--24--2-4--24--24-2------------------
A:-----------------------------------------

Sounds like

G:-----------------------------------------
D:-----------------------------------------
A:-----------------------------------------
E:-----------------------------------------
A:--24--24--2-4--24--24-2------------------
