The A#maj7 chords in the beginning of Verse 2 are actually Dsus4(b13) chords. Try this voicing out starting from the G-string going to the high E-string: 0-3-3-0. This chord is also present in the beginning of Verse 1. It follows the 2nd and 3rd Dmaj7 chords, but not the first one.
