(and also for the live version in the link below)
use a chromatic tuner, and tune all your strings up
approx. +40 cents above standard tuning

by the sound of the full arrangement.

[Verse 1]
           C C C C
I was al - right, for a while, I could smile for a while,
           C C+(add9)
But when I saw you last night, you held my hand so tight,
         F N.C. Fm
When you stopped to say hel - lo,
(Fm6) Fm C G7
And though you wished me well, you couldn't tell...

[Chorus]
G7 C Em C Em
That I'd been crying over you, crying over you,
     F6 F G
Then you ...said, "It's so long!",
        F6 F G
Left me standing ...all a - lone,
          C C+(add9) F Fm (Fm6)
Alone and crying, crying, crying, crying-------,
     Fm C Am
It's hard to under - stand,
         G C
That the touch of your hand can start me crying

[Verse 2]
               C C C (Cmaj7) C
I thought that I was over you, but it's true----, so true,
           C C+(add9)
I love you even more, than I did before,
     F Fm (Fm6)
But, darling, what can I do----------,
Fm C G7
Ah, you don't love me, and I'll always be...

[Chorus]
C Em C Em
Crying over you, crying over you
F G F G
Yes, now you're gone, and, from this moment on,
        C C+(add9)
I'll be crying, (crying) crying, (crying)
F Fm C
Crying, (crying) crying, I'm crying,
C Am F G
Crying------- o - ver...
   C Bb Ab G G7/D C
...You----------------------------------------------!

Nicely done. 5 stars. Great old tune. Thanks for the memories. Played off the vinyl Chained Lightning.

Almost perfect but I don't hear the Em/B in the song, only Em with bass playing the root. Also, the last G in the ending is suspended for a beat before changing to G and then C.
