yep. i agree with the 7 instead of 9. Last Waltz version (in Bb) i clearly hear that Eb and do not hear any G (the 9th) at all.
also- anybody know why the transpose function doesn't label in flat, only sharp? it's kind of like calling pink 'light red' instead of pink. keyboard and horns usually go for flat keys, don't they? easier reading. Bb has two flats, A# has A#,B#,C*(##), etc.

In the key of Bb,instead of an F9th chord (D9th in G) use F7th or D7th in G. Dr. John plays an F7th on the piano for that
4 beat transition back to his starting chord of Bb.
