This is sooooo much better! The end of the verse is tough to figure out though. The piano plays an Ab (the 9th) on the end of the Gb chord, which is the minor 3rd of the following F, but as soon as the F chord lands the piano goes up to the Bb (sus4). But I can faintly hear the guitar play a high A (major 3rd) panned right. If you are playing just the guitar by itself, the Fm7 works fine, as do F7 and F7sus4. Playing along to the song or with a group I lean towards the F7 or F7sus.
