When playing the D/C# chord, Ed plays it this way [11,0,0,11,x). Just put your finger on the 11th fret of the low E string. (This makes the chord a D/D# relative to the capo and tuning.) The Em minor is confirmed as [222000]. For the last part of the bridge, stay on the A instead of switching to the final Bm. The walk down after the bridge is then simply 9 Bm) to 7 (A) to 5 (G). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKyCeE1ozLg (Check this video for reference)Awesome song and tab. Thanks. :)

I have a quick lyric correction. In the chorus, it should say, "stumbling home as drunk as I" instead of "stumbling homeless drunk as I". ;) Otherwise, very good job!
