I think he actually plays the chords as follows:Dsus4 000323D/F# 200033G 300033Em7 020233Asus4 002033
During the bridge he also plays the follow instead of the Dsus4, unsure what the chord is called (you can see it at 2:41 in the video):???? 320033
Apart from that I think it's perfect!

The Dsus4 Version you wrote sounds very off to me. It seems to me that he's mostly playing a Dsus4 and maybe sometimes playing just a normal D instead, like this. (Maybe the D is what you meant to write?)

For the Asus4 I do believe that he's playing it like I wrote above and that he's pressing down both the the D and G string with his index finger, as you can see at 2:23. But playing it like you wrote is fine too, I've added it above.

I see what you mean with that chord in the bridge, it looks like he's playing that G as well, but you don't really hear it. It might be called Dsus4/G or something, though.

I've corrected the G and D/F# (now called G/F#, because I think that fits better) chords.
