[Intro]
A G D G
[Verse 1]
A G
This is where, and this is where the bottle lands
D
Where all the biggest questions meet,
G
With little feet stood in the sand
A G
And this is where, the echoes slow to nothing on the tide
D G
And where a tiny pair of hands finds a sea-worn piece of glass
[Pre-Chorus]
Bm
And sets it as a sapphire in her mind
A C#m C# F#m
And there she stands, throwing both her arms around the world
C#m C# Dmaj7
A world that doesn't even know how much it needs this little girl
[Chorus]
A
It's all gonna be magnificent
Dmaj7 A
She says, "it's all gonna be magnificent"
[Verse 2]
A G
This is where it all began,
D
To light your mother's cigarette
G
Meant I got to touch her hand.
A G
And my heart, there defrosting in a gaze
D
Wasn't built to be that way
G
Suddenly I understand
[Pre-Chorus]
Bm A
There on the sand
C#m C# F#m
Throwing both her arms around the world
C#m C# Dmaj7
A world that doesn't even know how much it needs this little girl
[Chorus]
A
It's all gonna be magnificent
Dmaj7 A
She says, "it's all gonna be magnificent"
Dmaj7 A
She says, "it's all gonna be magnificent"
Dmaj7 A
She says, "it's all gonna be magnificent"
[Outro]
Dmaj7 A
Dmaj7 A
The echoes slow
Dmaj7
The bottle lands
A Dmaj7
An echo slow, and there she stands

For the "throwing both her arms around the world" part I play E6 instead of C#m (cos I definitely hear an E in the bass) and an Faug instead of C# - this way you get a nice bass 'walk-up' to the F#m
E6 Faug
e -0- -1-
B -0- -2-
G -6- -2-
D -6- -3-
A -7- -x-
E -0- -1- <--thumb this ;)

They did this version https://youtu.be/2o51NDg5sck where the guitar is tuned in drop-D and the only change to your chords is - I think - a C#7 instead of C#.
The finger-picking pattern on that version is nice as well.
