one thing tho, the F# over lullaby should be a F#7, since the note that Jeff's singing is the 7.

Right, the vocals have an "e" there which is the 7. I don't always pack all the vocal notes into the chords, I like the tension of the vocal 7 with the regular major chord. But one can always play the F#7 in order to support the melody there, of course.
