Hey great tab. The only thing that I think sounds more accurate would be F#/D (2x0323) where Gmaj7 is, and Em7 where E is. That's just how I play it. Thanks!

The A7 at the bottom is actually that Cm chord, and it's more easily played as X35543.

what you have listed as F9/5flat is actually just a G7 chord (but the F note sticks out during because of the ascending progression). Your voicing is correct, but I would just call it a G7. (323003)
Also, instead of Em7 in the verse, I play G/B (x20033)
