Hey Christine, thank you so much! Sorry for the late response. Here's what I do. FINGERS G/B Gm/Bb x x 4 x 3 3 1 1 x x 2 2 You end up just taking the pinky off and sliding the 2nd finger down a fret, changing the bass note from B to Bb.
