I would swap the C from the 2nd line of the chorus (believe and you) with the Em from the 4th line (a promise lives). Then it sounds right :-)

I wanted to play along with VOCES8's choral version of May It Be which can be found on YouTube (worth a listen and better than the original in my opinion) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7M5ZqFSynQ .
I tuned my guitar to DADGAD tuning and transposed down -4 and capo'd the first fret. I use jguitar.com get the chord voicing right. If you're not familiar with jguitar.com go have a look. It does a fine job of handling alternative tunings, capos, chord inversions, etc. The chord progression is easy to figure out with jguitar. For playing along with the VOCES8 version with the above tuning and capo: Verses: Cm, G#, D#, A# : G#, D#, Fm, A# Chorus: D#, Cm, G#, A#, etc. Give it a try!
