CAPO:1

G
I love you
         C G6 D Dsus4 D
From the bottom of my heart
Am Em
And that's not gonna' change
                C
But things look grim
                   D G
When I am watching you watch him

G
I give you
           C9 G D Dsus4 D
The best a man can hope to give
Am Em
But I'm not feeling brave
             C
Chances are slim
                   D G
When I am watching you watch him

    Em C G6
Oh, what is left to learn
              Em C G6
When he would let you crash and burn
         Em C G6
He never gives attention
       ?? Am(once)
But you still yearn
Em C
Where do I fit in
                   D G
When I am watching you watch him

C E?
God only knows why I still wait around
Em A7
Except I hate to see you cry
      C
And I need you
              D(strum ones)
But there are things I cannot do

G
And I want you
          C G6 D Dsus4 D
When he's playing all his games
            Am Em C
And it gets hard to tell whose the victim
                   D G
When I am watching you watch him

    Em C G6
Oh, what is left to learn
              Em C G6
When he would let you crash and burn
         Em C G6
He never gives attention
       ?? Am
But you still yearn
Em C
Where do I fit in
                   D G
When I am watching you watch him

C E?
God only knows why I still wait around
Em A7
Except I hate to see you cry
      C
And I need you
              D(strum ones)
But there are things I cannot do

G
And I love you
       C G6 D Dsus4 D
Like a broken record plays
    Am Em
But I'm a window pane
          C
A phantom limb
                   D G
When I am watching you watch him
          C D G
When I am watching you watch him
          C D G
When I am watching you watch him

Really nice tab!

The "??" Chord in the Chorus is just a D/F# (2xx232) accentuating the top strings.

and the "E?" chord in the bridge is actually a B7 (x21202) again accentuating the top strings.

You could also just say the G6 is a G with the same technique.

Just trying to help the beginners out there play this song. Its a really nice tab!

Your chords seem correct, but you are a half step down from the recording. The studio version that I am hearing is in Ab. Keep playing, and I hope this helps!
