It Sounds Like All The B's Should Be Bb's But Other Than That Good Job(:

Mate, good job but not quite.
C chords should be Cm
B chords should be Bb
F chords should be Fm

If you put a capo on 3, then it makes it quite easy to play, chords become as follows relative to capo.
Cm -> Am
Bb -> G
Ab -> F
G -> E
F -> Dm

This song is pretty much built around a blues progression (suprised much!!?), so there is a 'B' that you are hearing, which is when the chord transitions from a Bb to C. To get this effect, I normally just slide the bass note up a fret just before I change to C.
