I think the version before was pretty much perfect, but the key’s a little screwy to
because of the way the songs written. If you drop the song a half step (which is what I
it makes it a WHOLE lot easier. Just remember:

ok here's what i did: first, ignore that Bbm in the opening i dont know what that is. next for the F#m, the root notes right but the chords wrong. i play a (EADGBe)200230. i think it sounds pretty good. I guess you could call it a F#/D or something like that. I think all the E's should be Em's. other than that just toy with the rhythms. its not 100%, but it gives you a good enough idea to get the song down.

Not totally sure this is correct, but a D sounds a lot better than an F#m in the chorus.

For what it's worth, I played through all the options given, and I think that BigCoatWeather has the best suggestion, followed by the ShiversTheNinja with the suggestion of replacing the F#m with a D. 18TracksCardiff also has a good solution. (I disagree very strongly with bradpaisleygirl's suggestion of the Cmaj7/C, but if that floats your boat, why not?)
