Worked this out on my bari uke, so only the top 4 strings are used. This is also an octave higher
than what's played in the song, because a guitar is not a string bass.
This is also what is played under the first verse.

If you do have a 6-string, this sounds much better played lower in its correct octave. Start with the F on your low E string. The entire little riff is basically just diddling on that low F, plus frets 1 and 3 on the A and D strings.
