The break after the first chorus is G-Cadd9-Em7-D (the D stays constant). Also, the song ends on the dominant D. There is no G at the end. It's symbolic of the idea in the song that life ends before you're ready for it, so the song ends with a question, rather than a statement. Some of these chords are iffy if you compare them to the real piano score, but it's very close!

The break after the first chorus is G-Cadd9-Em7-D. The D is constant. There are some other chords out of line if you look at a real tab for this, but overall, it is very close!
