This isn't 100% right for the chords. The opening Dm is played on the top three strings at frets 19(G string), 18(B string) and 17(Top E string)

...and the last line of the verse should be Dm Em/C Dm A7/G Dm. The rhythm guitar plays Em over the bass player's C (making it a first inversion CMaj7) and A7 over the bass player's G. So your version with C works fine, but it not 100% correct at far as the original recording goes.
