There is no bass for about the first minute of the song.
Then, at:
"And if you don't love me now..."
G:|-----------------|----------------------------|
D:|-----------------|----------------------------|
A:|-----------------|----------------------------|
E:|-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-|-5/12-12-10-8-8-8-10-10-10....
Then it repeats itself once, and then the bass cuts out again.
Later, it does basically the same thing, with a couple little frills,
like some 5-3-5 bits in the first part.
Then the end part goes like this:
G:|---------------------|
D:|---------------------|
A:|-0-0-2-3-2-0---0-2---|
E:|-------------3-----0-|
It repeats itself over and over, with a few slides and such thrown in
for fun.

The song Smashing Pumpkins redid by them was landslide...... My opinion the Smashing Pumpkins did ok with it but Stevie Nicks still did it much better. It's gonna take a lot to come up to par with talent like that.
