I've seen a lot of different tabs of this (most of which suck),
but this is the actual, honest-too-goodness version that Nate is playing.
I listened to the Rock Band multi-track to get it, so it's the real deal. It
might seem a little odd to look at compared to the other tabs, but I am
absolutely positive this is correct. Play along and I think you'll agree. If
you know music theory, you'll see that this harmonizes with what the guitar
is playing, as it should.
 
To match Nate's tone, I'd suggest going heavy on the bass and middle but
pulling back on the treble, and turn your pickup down halfway.
