[Verse 1]
C Em Am
She's been afraid of the Cuisinart
C Em Am
Since nine-teen seventy-seven
C Em Am
Now when she opens up the house
                E7 F
Well she won't set foot in the kitchen
C Em Am
Her brother's dating an architect
C Em Am
They're coming up for the weekend

Oh, at the summer place, we got the space

F C G
At the summer place, its so far away

Just down the beach to the neighbor's

Nice tab, but I think the first 3 lines of each verse are Em and not E7, but E7 is used as the final turnaround for each verse. The rest is spot on. Thanks for posting!

what's the tab for the guitar in the 2nd verse, playing behind the acoustic?

Pretty sure the first note of the riff is played on 3rd fret instead of 2nd.
