Nice tab, but I think the first 3 lines of each verse are Em and not E7, but E7 is used as the final turnaround for each verse. The rest is spot on. Thanks for posting!

what's the tab for the guitar in the 2nd verse, playing behind the acoustic?

Pretty sure the first note of the riff is played on 3rd fret instead of 2nd.
