Fantastic song! I love how much musical space Paul Rodgers leaves in his music. Not many people are willing to do that, certainly not someone as young as these guys were when they recorded this song.
As to the chords, plain major chords work fine, but if you want to mix it up throw in Asus2 and Dsus2.

Chorus:
B: 7x987x
F#/A#: 6x867x
A: 5x765x
E/G#: 4x645x
These are just major chords rooted on the third and you'll probably need to thumb-fret them. If you're playing solo having the bass notes really help fill out the sound. If you're playing with a bass player, you might well want to drop them.
There's also a verse tag for the middle bars of the verse where Paul Rodgers is doing some mmmm-mmmm or "oh I did not". These are variations of the previous tab I posted, such as:

All in all, super-bluesy with really interesting, almost classical voice leadings.
I usually play my own solo to any song, but I'll tab out what Paul Kossoff plays.

This is one of my all time favorite breakup songs. Sad and highly emotional, as are lots of songs, but this one has a determined energy that reaches deep. Love it.
