Im So Tired Bass

Fugazi - I'm So Tired
Note: This is an alternate version based on the original but played on the bass guitar and consists of two
melodies played at the same time.
I know this song is just piano and vocals but I really liked it and wanted to play it on bass so I took the
root note of the chords played by the left hand on the piano and a bastardized version of the vocals and got:

Then a figured out how to play both of these melodies at the same time.
This makes fingering, timing, and plucking a little tricky and hard to explain over tab.
For my right hand I use my middle finger as an anchor on the D string and pluck with my index and thumb.
This should work for most of the song except for the odd time you pluck the D string.
My left hand uses my index finger to play the piano while my other fingers simultaneously play the vocals.
 
Notation: Fingering is indicated above the staff with the index finger being 1 and the pinky being 4.
I have included the fingering for only the vocals as the piano is always played by the index finger.
Each space is a 16th note with "=" indicating how long a note should be held. This is what makes it sound
more like two melodies but also makes it a little trickier then just playing a simple chord every
once in a while.

Hopefully the notation will make it easier to understand. It isn't too diffuclt but does require a bit of
practice. Once you figure it out though its a ton of fun to play. Thanks!
