its not a cm7, its still a C major, except the 1st string plays the 5th instead of the 3rd

I agree with the Cm7 comment. Not a Cm7. Just a C. The high E string on the 3rd fret is a G. That is a fifth. Not a 7th and not a 3rd so it can’t be minor or a 7th chord. Just another way to play a major C
