This is a great Ukulele song and a great duet! The chords are almost correct though. I think the chords for the like like / love part are as follows:
F G F D7
Like... like like.... like like... loooove!
The D7 is played as follows:
(There is no D so it's actually an F#mb5/C but it functions as a D7 chord)
