At the line that says "I can see me now on..." I think the correct chord should be F#m7♭5, AKA F# half diminished.

At the line that says "I can see me now on..." the correct chord is F#m7♭5, AKA "F# half diminished". G7 does not fit the melody at all. All good otherwise.
