if you have a capo on the fourth fret:
F#m -> D m
E -> C
C#7 -> A7

Or on second fret :

F#m = E m
E = D
C#7 = B7

I think the first F#m should actually be F#m7 (as in F#m7 E C#7 F#m).

It still sounds nice with the F#m, though.
