Instead of C#m9 like it is shown here, it sounds better to me the following chord:

---|---|---|---|x|e
-4-|---|---|---| |B
-3-|---|---|---| |G
---|---|-1-|---| |D
-2-|---|---|---| |A
---|---|---|---|x|E

Instead of Cmaj9 as it is shown, it sounds better to me this chord:

---|---|---|x|e
-4-|---|---| |B
-3-|---|---| |G
---|-1-|---| |D
-2-|---|---| |A
---|---|---|x|E

Instead of B11 after the previous chord, I would play again A/B:

---|---|---|x|e
---|-4-|---| |B
---|-3-|---| |G
---|-2-|---| |D
---|-1-|---| |A
---|---|---|x|E

I don't know exactly the name of them.

yllusion --Interesting insights. Your first chord IS a C#m9. The second chord is a C9-which not correct- It's a Cmaj9 in that position. The 3rd chord, A/B is virtually the same as a B11 anyway ( the 11 chord includes a 5th (F# in B11)and is played the same as you have indicated, only the B11 would be a straight bar on the second fret down from the A string--including the high e string.

Nice job instead of the Bm7/7 I would use B7sus
