I don't know why you think there is a capo? If you watch glee you can see in the video that they use bar chords, and there is no capo on the guitar...

Umm... Doesn't the actual Glee version start off with a Bmajor?

You two above me are both right. Transpose the song up two half steps and remove the capo, then you'll start with the B major and have all the barre chords.
