Good job on the tab(s) guys (Gerbs and Josh-josh-josh) but have a look at this:

(Its long and in french, but its worth it.)
Just need to fix the verse and the outro. the tapping bits are ace.
(4.38 in the vid for the verse, 6:00 for the outro)
As you can see, you've actually over-thought the chords and stuff. The verse chord is just all open strings. And the pattern of the verse is (with chugging represented by the dots):
...chord-slide down...slide down...chord-slide down...slide up
and repeat.
(and the chugging is the 5th and 6th string powerchord, not just the 6th string)
The outro is only the octave mixed with the rest of the open strings (including the 5th string), no other fretting.
