Capo: 1st Fret

This is such a beautiful song…

d|---------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|------3--------3----------3------------------------------------------|

E|--------------------------------3-------2----------------------------|(X2)
(Then comes a little distortion and the voice. It starts in Em. The Riff above is
also played at the end of the song as well)

Verse1
Em D Cadd9
Could you whisper in my ear, the things you wanna feel
            Cadd9
I’d give you anything, to feel it comin’
Em D Cadd9
Do you wake up on your own, and wonder where you are

Do you live with all you faults

(a little riff to go along after voice going into the chorus. It’s
relative to capo, so what you see on tab is counted up from capo, not from nut.)
   (Barchord G
     Basically) C
d|-------------------3--|
B|----------0--------5--|
G|-------4-----4-----5--|
D|--3\5-----------5--5--|
A|-------------------3--|
E|-------------------3--|

Chorus

I wanna wake up where you are
I won’t say anything at all
                 Cadd9 G Cadd9 G D
So why don’t you slide
                      Cadd9 G Cadd9 G
Yeah, we’re gonna let it slide

Verse2

Don’t you love the life you’ve killed, the priest is on the phone
Your father hit the wall, you ma disowned you
Don’t suppose I’ll ever know
What it means to be a man
It’s something that I can’t change
I’ll live around

(straight into it this time without riff)

Bridge
    Cadd9 G Cadd9 G
And I’ll do anything you’ve ever dreamed to be complete
       Cadd9 G D
Little pieces, of nothing, that fall----
     Em D
Whoa May, put your arms around me

         Cadd9 G\B
What you feel is what you are
             Cadd9 G\B
And what you are is beautiful
     Em D
Whoa May, do ya wanna get married
       Cadd9
Or run away

The outro

Slide
(slide between the sheets of all the beds you never knew)
Won’t you slide into my room, slide into my room
Run away, run away, run away

Intro picking again, then END!!! :D

I'm a bit unclear as to what chords to play in the "outro". Is it the same progression as another part of the song? Would you mind indicating what it is please? Thanks.
