Artist: The Grateful Dead
Song: Jack Straw
Album: Europe '72

Tuning: EADGBE (Standard)

NOTE: This is Bob Weir's part only, and it is an approximation of what he plays as
opposed to being note for note.

This next part may look the same as above but Bob subtly alters his strumming, hitting
the first two chords on the subdivision of the first two beats instead of on them (the
"and" of the beat), giving the phrase a slightly different feel. This continues until
the "there ain't a winner in the game" line, which he returns the first two chords to the beat.

Guitar solo:
E-------7----5------0----0----0--|

Then the whole song repeats back to the "we can share the women, we can share the wine"
chords and follows through to the end with the same chord patterns in the same order as
above. Bob's timing of the first two chords of the measures during the second guitar
solo seems to alternate between being off the beat and on. After the final E chord at the
end of this tab, repeat the "we can share the women, we can share the wine" line once
and end the song on the A chord.
