Dude, its meant to be Drop-D, so everyone who think it sounds wrong, it's coz you haven't tuned down. RAWR

Yeah, I don't get all the hate either - this is pretty much right apart from the fact that they aren't power chords. Like Junk said, the only change I'd make to this is to change the F# to F#m (if you're planning on playing full chords). The rest is right (apart from the tuning) - the E is correct - there's no way in hell that it goes from the F to the Eb.
