[Verse 1]
                                             D Em
Let's call it quits and see what the future holds
                                                     G Am
I've been here before, yeah, we just went down this road
                                              D Bm Em
A long time to feel young, short time to get old
                                                             G Am
I was holding onto something, knowing you would just let me go
                                                                   D Em
Yeah, I was holding onto something, knowing you would just let me go
                                                 G Am
I love it when I get high, hate it when it gets cold
                                                         C
Indiscretion is a blessing if you know how the truth is told

[Chorus]
C G D Em
But I don't feel my life is real
C G D Em D Em
I'm on the fence with common sense

[Verse 2]
                                             D Bm Em
The tendency of time is to never understand it
                                              G Am
The lesson of my life is to never comprehend it
                                              D Bm Em
No matter how much you spend trying to blend in
                                            D Em
Or maybe on my deathbed I finally get an answer
                                               G Am
Yeah, maybe on my deathbed I finally get an answer
                                      D Bm Em
Or tell me why it's always been this way
                                                         C
Indiscretion is a blessing if you know what you want to say

[Chorus]
C G D Em
But I don't feel my life is real
C G D Em
I'm on the fence with common sense
C G D Em
 Won't you enlighten me?
C G D Em
Won't you just set me free?

[Bridge]
                                            D Bm Em

                                                G Am

                                               D Bm Em

                                                             G Am
I was holding onto something, knowing you would just let me go

This is great! For anyone wondering, when Christian plays this live, he tunes a half step down, and he skips the Bm in the verses.
