Rosen Im Dezember, Chords
=========================

Artist....: Hannes Wader
Title.....: Rosen Im Dezember
Author....: dregenrocks
Version...: 17th August 2007
Update....: 28th April 2011

Comment...: Very lovely, german Folk-Song. Never found the chords anywhere,
so I made a file myself, which was not that easy, since Wader
has a nice, but relative complicated fingerstyle to follow.

Actually he differs in fingerstyle evertime I see or him play
this song. There are also different interpretations floating
around about the absolute exact chords he plays or if he plays
            with a capo or not.

In my opinion, this doesn't really matter in the end. After all
you should play in a key which complements your voice. Noone
will be hurt if you transpose or interpret a song in your own
            style. Period.

These chords here are meant to help and to be a starting point
and not to be a bible. Have fun! :-)

[THEME / INTRO]
(Chords listed, as they are accentuated)
Dm C F F G G A7/9

[1st VERSE]
    Dm C Dm
Ja, auch so manches alte Lied
                 G(9)
gehört zu meinem Leben,
     Dm C A7/9
half mir, wenn ich gefallen war,
     F G
mich wieder zu erheben.
   Dm C
Da fliessen Brunnen, klar und kalt,
    F Dm
wer daraus trinkt, wird nimmer alt
                  C
und warum soll es solche Brunnen
F C G Dm
nicht auch wirklich geben.

[THEME]

[2nd VERSE]
      Dm C Dm
Solch einen Brunnen habe ich
                  G(9)
bis heute nicht gefunden,
    Dm C A7/9
ich wollte manchen kühlen Trunk
      F G
draus trinken und gesunden.
Dm C
Andere befreit und heilt,
    F Dm
die Zeit die schnell vorüber eilt
                      C
von allem Schmerz mir aber schlägt
    F C G Dm
die Zeit die tiefsten Wunden.

[THEME]

[3rd VERSE]
   Dm C Dm
So bitten schon seit alter Zeit,
                    G(9)
die Menschen um die Gabe,
  Dm C A7/9
ewiger Jugend ohne Leid,
    F G
und enden doch im Grabe.
    Dm C
Die alten Lieder selbst sind jung,
     F Dm
dass ich in der Erinnerung,
                  C
an ihnen wenn ich alt bin,
      F C G Dm
Rosen im Dezember habe.
