At least as far as my ears can tell me, this is spot on, and for sure the best of the three versions available here.

Thanks, Mac, I try my best, so that's real kind of you to say. Don't know about you, but I play this song without the capo, as playing in C is the only way I can sing those high notes. What an astounding vocal range Harry Nilsson had to sing this in E!

Thanks for these chords! I've been playing the song with the typical E - C#m - A - Ab progression but couldn't figure out all the notes that are played on the piano. Playing along to it with these chords it does sound the way it should. 5 stars!
