Good up until the end but the bridge/ending is definitely off. Sounds to me like

The thing is, it's always gonna sound a little off played this way (especially the Em) because while this is a pretty accurate cover version, they play the song in open D tuning with different chord voicings.

Clearly wrong. Have Mercy plays all of their songs in open D tuning, there are a couple of videos on youtube where you can see Brian playing this particular song.

wrong tuning, miss used chords. Over structure is correct, but still isn't accurate. I also like candy bars and I'm going to type random words because i'm required to.
