The baseline is as follows for most of the song with little subtle changes, of course

there is also an occasional fill, which the whole ensemble plays twice

and then there are two jamming sections where the bassline is improvised over another very simple theme, which escapes me right now as I don't have my bass at work.

By the way, I'm almost absolutely positive that the bass being used on the track is a Fender Jazz Bass, fretless, which you need for that little slide to 10 in the fill and in a few other places in the tune.
