I agree that that it should be a D7, but everything else sounds great! Good job. And thanks for posting this tab.

the "Dmin slide" is actually an Em/D (think about that... a Dmin a tone up... ;0 ) The D is a D7 like Cash_way and McAvro said but there's an F# in the bass do its a D7/F#. And there's an F bass in the F chord that isn't represented in the TAB but no big. I'm sure the fingerpicking pattern isn't right but close enough to enjoy this great song. I'm not going to bother correcting. Here is a few slight improvements on your TAB Swainier.
