Sorry bud, just not accurate. The guy with version 2 is closer with the verse picking, but his chords are wrong for the chorus.

Great tab, the tuning just needs to be dropped down half a step.

This isn't right. I know the pitch he sings in, and as soon as I started singing the right pitch, the chords were off. And the plucking part is all wrong.
