[Intro]
C#m E A G#
F#m A E C#m

[Verse 1]
C#m E
I still watch you when you're groovin'
A G# F#m
As if through water from the bottom of a pool
                  A
You're moving without moving
    E C#m
And when you move, I'm moved

C#m E
You are a call to motion
A G# F#m
There all of you a verb in perfect view
                 E
Like Jonah on the ocean
A C#m
When you move, I'm moved

[Pre-Chorus 1]
         A F#m C#m
When you move, I'm put to mind of all that I wanna be
         A F#m E B
When you move, I could never define all that you are to me

[Chorus 1]
   C# C#/E#
So move me, baby
               F#m A
Shake like the bough of a willow tree
G# E B E C#m
You do it naturally, mo - o - ove me baby

[Verse 2]
C#m E
You are the rite of movement
A G# F#m
Its reasoning made lucid and cool
                      A
And though it's no improvement
E C#m
When you move, I move

C#m E
    You're less Polunin leapin'
A G#
Or Fred Astaire in sequins, honey
  F#m E
You, you're Atlas in his sleepin'
    A C#m
And when you move, I'm moved

[Pre-Chorus 2]
         A F#m C#m
When you move, I can recall something that's gone from me
         A F#m E B
When you move, honey, I'm put in awe of somethin' so flawed and free

[Chorus 2]
   C# C#/E#
So move me, baby
                F#m A
Shake like the bough of a willow tree
G# E B E C#m
You do it naturally, mo - o - ove me baby

   C# C#/E#
So move me, baby
             F#m A G#
Like you've nothing left to prove
        E B E C#m
And nothing to lose, mo - o - ove me baby

[Bridge]
C#m G# B F# A
Ooh, ooh, ooh
            B
Oh baby, oh baby
C#m G#
    Move like grey skies
     B F#
Move like a bird of paradise
A B
Move like an odd sight come out at night

[Instrumental]
C# C#/E# F#m A G#
E B E C#m

[Chorus 3]
   C# C#/E#
So move me, baby
                F#m A
Shake like the bough of a willow tree
G# E B E C#m
You do it naturally, mo - o - ove me baby

   C# C#/E#
So move me, baby
             F#m A G#
Like you've nothing left to lose
        E B E C#m
And nothing to prove, mo - o - ove me baby

   C# C#/E#
So move me, baby
                F#m A
Shake like the bough of a willow tree
G# E B E C#m
You do it naturally, mo - o - ove me baby

C#m on the chorus should be a C#! It’s one of the interesting contrasts that makes the song so cool

Thanks for the chords~ I think the bridge isn't quite right though. Hozier actually did some super sweet chromatic movement downwards, then moved in the key of C#m upwards I think it goes something like: C#m, Cm, B,A#m, A.... B.... C#m, D#m(flat 5 if you want), E, A#m, A.... B.....

Really cool tab! Thank you! Just as a small performance note on piano (and applicabIe to guitar I'm sure but I wouldn't know how to play it!) in the chord progression of the intro and verses, after the first C#, if you play a D# in the left had below the E chord in the right, it'll sound that little bit more similar to the track 👍
