Strumming

First of all I think the song is in drop D since there is a lower note than the low E in
parts but I didn't feel like messing with that so you should have no problem
that to play this correctly. There is a part that goes (in my heart and I have as a G#
after the first time it goes to a drop D I think). This isn't totally correct but I
I
throw something on here to send some people in a correct direction. So here are the basics:

Hurt/ Falls Apart

G# B E
I messed up again when I tried
You spend all your money and I...
And, oh! By the way.
With all you did nothing has changed
G# F# E
So lie like a waste by the side

E F# G#
As everything just falls apart
'Cause everything just fell apart for me
E F# E
I cracked my head and broke my
E F# E
I correct my head and broke my
E F# G#
I cracked my head and broke my heart

G# B E
And I don't feel the need to go on
I was happier singing along the way
I had things, I need to say
But now its like a swallowed tape
G# F# E
That holds up my face from inside

E F# G#
As everything just falls apart
'Cause everything just fell apart for me
E F# E
I cracked my head and broke my
E F# E
I correct my head and broke my
E F# G#
I cracked my head and broke my heart

E F# G#
So woe is me
Oh woe is me, yeah
Woe is me
It all fell apart

E F# E
I cracked my head and broke my
E F# E
I correct my head and broke my
E F# G#
I cracked my head and broke my heart

G# B E
And the hell of it is what we are
We finish and wish we could start again
Our skin tears away as our memories fade with age
G# F# E
And we don't even know 'til its gone...gone gone
E F# G#
As everything just falls apart
'Cause everything just fell apart for me
E F# E
I cracked my head and broke my
E F# E
I correct my head and broke my
E F# G#
I cracked my head and broke my heart

E F# G#
So woe is me
It all falls apart you see
So woe is me
It all fell apart

E F# E
I cracked my head and broke my
E F# E
I correct my head and broke my
E F# G#
I cracked my head and broke my heart

dude, that sounds way off. check the video on their myspace. it's nothing like that.

I think the tuning is just all strings 1/2 step down.

I've been trying it like that and it's been working for me

Dude, the G# in the chorus is actually a C#.
