The first half of this tab is 100% correct. The guy who wrote they think this song is standard tuning needs to do us all a favor. Please drop the guitar and go buy a kazoo.

for the breakdown its easyer to just palm mute it also for that little thing mike does at the begining the kinda wah wah sound you can just turn the volume on your guitar all the way down strum the lowest three strings once then turn the volume nob up like he does in the song and you got it ^^
