Good job for being your first tab, it's really not that far off!
I also really like your attitude, since many people on the internet claim their transcriptions are "100% correct" and and write things like "the others before me ******" etc., or just generally write in a manner with attitudes I dislike; then in reality they are far off themselves. So keep transcribing and you'll get more accurate with the training transcribing gives both with the theory and eartraining involved!

If you add c (3rd fret on the A string) to each of the notes, it sounds a little bit more like the original song.
Also I've been playing the verse as CGAmF (with the c noted above) the chorus with E7 instead of just an E :)
