[Intro]
A E, F# (Muted gallop on F#)

[Verse]
F#
As the sun breaks above the ground
                                A
An old man stands on the hill
 E A
As the ground warms to the first rays of light
  F#
A birdsong shatters the still
    F# G#
His eyes are ablaze
        A B C#
See the madman in his gaze

[Chorus]
F# E C#/D
Fly on your way like an eagle
C#/D E F#
Fly as high as the sun
        E C#/D
On your wings like an eagle
C#/D E F#
Fly and touch the sun

[Verse]
Now the crowd breaks and a young boy appears
Look the old man in his eyes
As he spreads his wings and shouts at the crowd
In the name of God my father I fly
His eyes seem so glazed
As he flies on the wings of a dream
Now he knows his father betrayed
Now his wings burn to ashes to ashes his grave

[Chorus] (x2)
F# E C#/D
Fly on your way like an eagle
C#/D E F#
Fly as high as the sun
        E C#/D
On your wings like an eagle
C#/D E F#
Fly and touch the sun

[Outro]
Fly as high as the sun……
A E, F#

It sounds better for me with F#m instead of F#, everything else is perfect. Congrats.

F# must be replaced with F#m chord. And some othe minor mistakes, like missed chords E in verse after chord A
