This is a tab for the excellent Iron & Wine b-side Morning. The song is in the key of A,
if you want to improvise use the A Ionian scale and the F# major pentatonic scale. This
my first tab so if you have a problem with it email me. The progression below fits the
but the bass of the song could easily go A, E, F#, A, G#. I am 99% sure this is correct.

Progression: A, Bm7, Dsus2/E, A, Dsus2/E

Arpeggio (played throughout):

bass and slide coming soon. I think the bass notes are separate, but i'm not sure.

This is a great song from a great artist and I'm glad somebody tabbed it. In no way am I saying that this is the wrong way to play it because music is open to interpretation and this is my first tab.
That being said, the song could also be played with easy box chords using a capo...

Capo: II
Chords used:
G D something C
(C formation)
3 0 0
0 3 1
0 0 0
0 4 2
2 5 3
3 - -
The picking is hard to figure out exactly/ I'm too lazy to figure it out.
This interpretation sounds good I guess.
Using your thumb roll those groovy bass notes and use whatever fingers to do the rest:
G x2 D Something x2 C
T 1 T 2 T T 1 T 1 T 2 T 1 T 2 T 1 T 2 T 1 T 2 (suggested fingers)
------0---------|------3----- 3-|-------0------0-
--0-----------0-|---0------0----|---0----- 0-----

The chorus uses a similar/the same picking and chords, just in a different order:

Cx1 Gx1 Cx1 Dx1
Cx1 Gx1 Cx1 Dx1
Verse starts on G.
