Nearly spot on. The chord at the end of the intro, try this... 1,3,x,2,4,x or the version lethal121 says. You've missed out the sliding C part as well just before the intro, goes from normal position, to (all C shape, bass notes...)D, F & G. The chorus chords are what I got as well and your verse is much better than the others, from what I remember. Well done.

Intro is great except the Fmaj7 written is impossible! How about x3324x instead of the hand stretching 131271. And the little bit after it is missing too. I reckon a combo of this tab (which has everything before the Fmaj7 correct) and the first one on this site would be the best.
