[Verse]
G Am/C Am7
Set the phasers to rot

What has got you distraught
         Am Em Am
It's negative attention at best
              Am7 G
But call it nothing (maybe it's something, a little bit, a little bit)
                 Em Am
It's all about ascension, I guess
                G
Don't put me to rest

Those aren't meant to bend

I hear those eyes
                Em
And I see those cries
                Am/C G
I can't be the only one who hears you

Those aren't meant to bend
    G

If you haven't already figured out the intro, it's : (x2) e|------------------------------------------------| B|------------------------------------------------| G|------------------------------------------------| D|------------------------------------------------| A|--------0---------2-----------------------------| E|--0-------------------3-------------------------| (I usually mute the string by tapping it like a beat after playing it to keep the mood of the song)

ultimategismo
there is like 1 stroke of B before the G in the main progression. as well there seems to be a detail added to the chord to separate the Bridge G from the Chorus G
